We have a very specific process for eating peanut butter & jelly toast with bananas. The toast has to be half peanut buttered, half jellied, with a small edge of "clean" toast for him to hold. This is the case regardless of banana...but when we add banana, we have to slice it & "frame" the plate with the slices.
Simon then piles up the banana slices.
Happy kid - it's just right. The funny part is then he eats the bananas off the toast - doesn't even eat them together. Oh well!
