Watching Tia Melissa shovel some semblance of a path. Mom, Melissa & I had a "date" to get our nails done on the afternoon of the biggest winter storm. I had one babysitter bail b/c she couldn't get to me, and the second one Mom ended up driving over & picking up to bring back to our place. We were DETERMINED to get our nails done.
Thank goodness for Mom's tough vehicle...if it was up to our car I'd never have left the house. But Melissa had just gotten home from Spain the day before & I hadn't seen her yet (poor Simon - asked if Tia came over to shovel our driveway. He was so baffled, and bummed he didn't get to hang out with her that afternoon!) and a little bird had told us she'd be receiving an engagement ring the next day, so we knew we had to have pretty nails for her sake.
So pretty!
