Dare to Compare

I know it's silly, and the temperatures aren't exactly the same, but this forecast makes me happy to see:

oh gosh, I am so bad at references, but the "that's saying something" rings a bell...I'm sure I'd know it if you told me, which kind of takes away from the me figuring it out...

It is forecasted to be sunny all week here too!!
